Last updated: August 2026. Terms governing the evaluation, onboarding, and deployment of InvarLab AI Voice Employees.
1. Platform Services & Limited Access
InvarLab provides autonomous AI voice employee agents designed for inbound customer handling, lead qualification, and appointment coordination. Access to the platform is currently granted via selective onboarding cohorts subject to technical feasibility review.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers agree not to utilize InvarLab voice systems for unlawful cold robocalling, spam telemarketing, deceptive impersonation of real living individuals, or activities violating local telecommunications regulations (including TCPA and TRAI guidelines).
3. Service Level & Uptime
Production deployments on our Growth and Enterprise tiers include dedicated uptime SLAs of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
